Love yourself!

The Bible tells us that we are wonderfully made:

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

-Psalm 139:14 

Yet how easily we don't appreciate our body or some parts of it. 

But Jesus said in Matthew 19:19 that we have to love ourselves!

The secret of loving ourselves:
