So...tomorrow is the first of October and it is time to start the 31 days project!
31 Days is an online writing challenge started by home blogger, Myquillyn Smith (The Nester) where bloggers pick one topic and write a post on that topic every day in October.
This is my forth year to participate this project and I'm really looking forward to it!
If you are interested you can read here the posts from all of my 31 days projects:

It's interesting that every year God somehow shows me the topic of which to write during these 31 days. And this summer I started to think that I should write about change. Not that I'm expert in this subject, but because I need it by myself as well.  :)
Maybe you want to make a change in your life too...
maybe you want to change a habit in your life...
It could be some sort of addiction, a wrong eating habit, drinking, gambling, smoking, being always negative, talking badly about other people, lying, an unhealthy relationship, start to do some sport...
whatever it might be
Change is scary. Change is hard.

the good news is that CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!
But... as we might know changes are never easy to make and willpower doesn't work for too long so that's why I want to spend this month to discover how we can make changes
- LASTING CHANGES with God's help.

So please stay tuned in...there will be  thoughts and quotes of change for 31 days!

Day 5: Stop being a prisoner of your circumstances

Day 8: Admit: I am the problem
Day 9: I tried to change and failed

Music is so powerful – what goes inside can transform what happens on the outside.
And great music can really impact your workout so it's so great to listen to some great Christian songs while running or workout.
It has been a while I wanted to create a new playlist on my iPhone and finally on last Saturday I did it. And I already tested it while running and I can tell you it's a great playlist!
(I downloaded all the songs from the iTunes store. )

"The energy I get from an inspiring playlist can mean the difference between an incredible workout and one I struggle through."
-Kim Dolan Leto
So here’s my Christian Workout list. Check it out!

Have a blessed day!

The Bible is full of promises and they are all for you.
Here are only few of them but it's good to always remember that:
GOD IS GOOD.
GOD IS LOVE.
AND HE LOVES YOU!

Surround my life, Surround my heart
As I surrender to you
Your love invades, Your love disarms, I'm letting go
This selfish pride, this hidden sin
My brokenness attracts You
You take my tears, I take Your hand, I'm letting go
So I breathe Your name and I raise my hands
Surrendering all I am to You
Prevailing Grace, Prevailing Love
You won't relent, You have me
You've won the war, You've won my heart
I'm letting go
So I breathe Your name And I raise my hands
Surrendering all I am
Take away my shame, take me as I am
Surrendering all I am to You
I'm finally letting go, I'm finally letting go
Hands in the air
Let Your love take over
I need a miracle, I need a miracle
Down on my knees, Jesus I surrender

I'M OPTIMISTIC BECAUSE:

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.
-Romans 8:1

If God is for us, who can be against us?
-Romans 8:31

And we know that God causes everything to work together
for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
- Romans 8:28

God's word is food for our souls!

Memorize it.Confess it.

Let the words of the Bible enter into your mind and descend into your heart...

And let God's word transform your whole being!

Have a blessed day!

Have a blessed day!

God truly knows you and He loves you so very much.
HE is what you have been searching for your entire life...
but maybe you haven't realize that.
But if you want a personal relationship with God,
pray this very simple prayer out loud:

"Dear Lord Jesus, I need you.
I know I am a sinner and I am sorry for my sins.
Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart and life to you.
I want You in my life. Come into me.
Jesus, I confess You as my personal Lord and Savior.
Thank You for loving me and saving me.
 In Jesus' name I pray.
Amen."

Amen! If you just prayed that prayer congratulations-you are born again and saved!
God loves you!

God has promised to take care of us.
Yet so often we worry. We stress.
But today
choose to give God all your cares and concerns!

Have a blessed September!
