Yesterday I posted about planning...
and I really do believe that planning is important because we
shouldn't be vague and thoughtless and just get up daily and wait to see
what happens.
So also avoiding stress in your life it's really good to 
HAVE A PLAN AND WORK YOUR PLAN!

Planning is also important,because it helps us
prioritize our day!
I'm sure you have already heard the saying:
"FIRST THINGS FIRST!" 

It can be difficult to place first things first in your schedule
but as you write things down you can understand better 
which things really need to have your full attention first.

Making a TO DO LIST or a WEEK PLAN

simply gives your day some forethought!
Don't let life manage you;you manage it!
