If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
 James 1:5

Stress is mental, emotional or physical tension; strain, distress or feeling pressured or upset. Unfortunately it's a condition that most of us are all too familiar with. Our bodies were created by God to withstand a certain amount of stress, but when we push ourselves beyond that limit, we begin to experience problems. Jesus didn't promise that we’d never have to deal with stressful situations but
He promises that:
"in every hurt, each ache, all the
stresses of life and all the strains,
Jesus will walk with you in steps
that will lead you into triumph."

So do not stress!Take a moment and be still and have some rest!
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:7

Every day there are dangers everywhere but God has promises to protect and take care of you.
He has promised that He'll be " a shield to those who put their trust in Him" (Proverbs 30:5).And God promises to "give His angels charge over you,to keep you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11).
Read Psalm 91 every day and learn to take a refuge under His shadow.Ask God to protect you;pray that God will help you walk safely and not fall into danger.

God's name is a place of protection— good people can run there and be safe.
Proverbs 18:10 Message
Everyone needs encouragement! And everyone who receives encouragement can be changed by it.
Encouragement's impact can be can be very profound. The Bible tells us in Romans 15:5 that God gives us encouragement:
May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had...
and in Romans 12:8 ...if it is to encourage, then give encouragement.
And remember that you receive by giving! :)
Mark Twain said:
"One compliment can keep me going for a whole month."

So...Be an encourager and say a compliment to someone today! It might be as simple as:
YOU LOOK NICE TODAY!

God has promised us that His joy is our strength:
...for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
